Using Ecom presets for marketplace product images

Dropmatico ships 19 built-in Ecom marketplace presets alongside the 15 social and creative presets. This article explains how to find them, what they cover, and how to use them in your product photography workflow.

Where to find the Ecom tab

Open the Single Image Editor or Bulk Image Processor. In the sidebar, you will see three tabs at the top: Social, Ecom, and Custom. Tap Ecom to switch to marketplace presets. The list works exactly like the Social tab, with accordion-style platform groups you can expand to select individual sizes.

What the 19 Ecom presets cover

Every preset is benchmarked against the current published image spec for each marketplace. Dimensions update when marketplaces change their specs.

Mixing Social and Ecom presets

You can select presets from both the Social and Ecom tabs in the same session. Switch between tabs freely. All selected presets appear in the export list regardless of which tab they came from. The Master Set ZIP organizes everything by format and platform name.

Using Ecom presets with the Bulk Image Processor

In Bulk Image Processor mode, the Ecom tab works the same way. Pick one marketplace preset as your target size and all 16 images in the batch conform to it. This is useful for preparing a product catalog where every listing needs identical dimensions.

When to use Custom instead

If your marketplace is not in the Ecom list, or your platform requires a non-standard dimension (for example, a custom storefront widget), use the Custom tab. Six custom dimension slots are available per session alongside the built-in presets.
